Your Site
Every site is subjected to a rigorous feasibility study with numerous criteria evaluated. Some of the factors considered include:
- Location of car park
- Total number of spaces within car park (minimum 300)
- Weekly throughput of vehicles (minimum 30,000 per week)
- Demographics of customer base (ABC1 figures)
- Retail anchor tenant(s)
- Availability of drainage and utilities
Only three car parking bays are “lost”: one for the installation of an office (which includes a chemical store, key safe, equipment etc.) and two to create operational valeting space.
There are usually 8 bays designated as “wash bays” and “dry bays”.
These car parking spaces work doubly-hard for you in terms of revenue generation: CPV pays to use them as well as the customer shopping in-store.
Using Space Efficiently
Using space efficiently to promote smooth traffic flow and avoid queuing and congestion is extremely important. We operate an expand-as-required policy: i.e. we only use extra bays for parking / vehicle check-in etc. if they are needed. We aim for a common sense policy that provides freedom of access and ease-of-use for customers with smooth traffic flow for you.
